The Moonflower is the first piece I constructed using a machine appliqué technique learned from Caryl Bryer Fallert. Her website is here.
This was inspired by the works of Georgia O'Keefe. All  fabrics are hand-dyed.  Free-Motion Machine quilted on a domestic sewing machine using cotton and rayon threads. 

"Moonflower" was selected as one of 50 quilts for the 2002 Ontario Juried Show in Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario.
